Wood Care Instructions

Care for your wooden spoon purchases.

Spoon Care

1.  Spoon or utensil should sit in water only long enough to clean.

2.  After you first wash spoon or utensil, let it dry, then sand with fine sandpaper or buff with a Scotch-Brite™ pad and rub on mineral oil regularly.  (buffing or sanding needs only to be done once to eliminate roughness)

3.  Spoon or utensil should not be washed in a dishwasher.

Bowl Care

1.  Our bowls and platters can be both decorative or used to hold dry foods or fruit.

2.  Clean with either a soft cloth or damp sponge.

3.  Do not run through a dishwasher.  Rub mineral oil on them occasionally.
